IT'S MY JOB...

...to deal with all customer queries after the sale of the holiday.

Once the homeworker has made their booking, they can rely on my team to sort out any issues or questions that customers may have. We'll add on car hire or make amendments to bookings, as well as answer any accommodation or resort queries.

Every call is different in the customer services department (and not always good!), but our job is to make sure that a strong relationship is maintained with the customer and that the whole booking process runs as smoothly as possible.

In an ideal world there wouldn't be much for us to do, but inevitably there is the occasional problem, such as accommodation or flight changes, and we're here to work with the homeworker to ensure the customer is happy.
