Our personal travel consultants should already have some kind of customer database to rely on and a business plan that sees them through both the short and long term. To be successful you will need to constantly network and market to expand your customer base, at the same time as delivering the highest standards of customer service, day in day out.

Although you need the commitment and confidence to do this, remember you will not be alone at any point, and you can always draw on the masses of experience we can provide you with at Hays. In addition, we provide back up support to our personal travel consultants by offering them the chance to buy sales calls at certain times of the year.
