All homeworkers get full training on our systems with Allison Clark and her team, but sometimes when you get home and are faced with setting everything up and using it correctly on your own, it can be a little daunting. And that's why we are always at the end of the phone in our IT support department.
We think it's really important to make our homeworkers feel comfortable calling with a problem, no matter how large or small.
We're here to help with any technical queries, whether it be how to log on, or something more serious.
